By using Klaro, you agree to these terms. If you are using Klaro on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm to these terms.
Klaro provides practice management software for Chartered Accountants and lawyers. Features include matter management, compliance tracking, document storage, invoicing, time billing, e-signing, and AI tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@klaro.services if you suspect unauthorised access. Each subscription covers the number of users specified in your plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Invoices are sent 7 days before the billing date. Accounts unpaid after the 3rd of the month are paused and reactivated when payment clears. No refunds on annual plans except at our discretion.
You own all data you upload to Klaro. We do not claim any rights over your data. On account termination, you may request an export within 30 days.
Klaro may not be used for unlawful purposes, to store content that violates applicable laws, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
Canvas-based e-signatures are legally valid under the IT Act 2000 (India) and the ESIGN Act (US) for most commercial documents. Not valid for wills, property sale deeds, or court filings requiring wet signatures. Aadhaar and DSC signatures are provided via Digio and subject to their terms.
By enabling live chat, you agree that your email address and chat messages may be processed by Crisp (crisp.chat) for customer support purposes. Crisp is a third-party service and their terms apply at crisp.chat/en/terms.
Klaro is a software tool, not a legal or tax advisor. Outputs from AI tools, calculators, and form fillers are for reference only. Always verify with a qualified professional. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
For Indian users: governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction of courts in Delhi. For US users: governed by the laws of Delaware.
